Quality Control Inspection Process Template
A quality control inspection procedure for a batch, from receipt to release to shipping. A batch with visual defects is quarantined and a defect report logged. A batch without defects is measured against tolerances: an out-of-spec batch is rejected and production notified, and an in-spec batch is approved, labelled QC passed and released to shipping.
