A standard operating procedure for DOT random drug testing across DS+, DER, Employee and Collection Site lanes. It runs from the quarterly random draw through same-day notification of the employee and supervisor, specimen collection with chain of custody, and results reported back to the DER, who files them and closes the quarter.
